You are currently using XDesignerPlus V4.
It appears that the OS version of your XTOP device is either V2.4 or V3.1.
Upgrading the OS means updating the device from OS V2.4 or V3.1 to V4.8.
XDesignerPlus V4 is only compatible with XTOP devices running OS version V4.8.

 

#Caution#
If you upgrade the OS, all project files (designs) on the XTOP device will be initialized (deleted).
Therefore, do NOT upgrade the OS if you need to upload project files.

 

Please follow these steps:

1. First, check the OS version of your XTOP device.
You can check the OS version in the [Information] menu on the device.

 

2. If the OS version is V2.4:
Use the XTOP-Designer V2.4 software (see post #3 on the software board).
Go to [Transfer - Ethernet/USB/Serial OS/Font Transfer], select [Design] on the [UP] page, and use the [Save As] button to specify the save path and file name.

 

3. If the OS version is V3.1:
Use the XDesignerPlus V2.6.58 software (see post #4 on the software board).
Go to [Transfer - Run Transfer Tool], select [Design] on the [UP] page, and use the [Save As] button to specify the save path and file name.
