USB Connection Troubleshooting Steps
 
1. Reconnect both ends of the USB cable.
 
2. Try connecting the PC’s USB cable to a different port.
 
3.Replace the USB cable with another one.
 
4. USB versions 3.0 and above are not supported, so connect to a USB 2.0 port.
If there is no USB 2.0 port, use a USB hub.
 
5. Reinstall the USB driver.
The USB driver is automatically installed when you install the XDesignerPlus or TOP Design Studio software. However, if it is not installed properly, reinstall it as follows:
Reinstall the USB Driver Setup.exe file located in the software installation directory.
